Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email once your package ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
- Orders under $100 are charged a flat standard shipping rate, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Expedited shipping options, where available, are priced at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Domestic standard: 3–7 business days
- Domestic expedited: 2–3 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or peak-season volume.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
International orders, customs, and duties
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply on delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict or refund these fees, and we cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalue them.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, or it arrives damaged, email support@axisluggage.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it and make it right.
Shipping delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control cause delays. We’ll keep you informed and do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
