These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of axisluggage.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Axis Luggage (“Axis Luggage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Products, pricing, and availability. We work to display our products and prices accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, colors, or other content are error-free. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed.
Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or ship your items. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any amount charged.
Payment. Payment is due at checkout. We accept the methods shown at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards and buy-now-pay-later options such as Affirm. Financing purchases are subject to the provider’s separate terms and approval. You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected method for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping.
Shipping, returns, and warranty. Delivery timelines and costs appear in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, the 100-night trial, and our 1yr warranty appear in our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual property. All content on the Site, including the Axis Luggage name, logo, text, graphics, product designs, and images, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
Reviews and submissions. If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display it. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm it is accurate and lawful.
Prohibited uses. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others’ rights, to introduce malware, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Disclaimers and liability. The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it. Our express 1yr warranty is set out in the Refund Policy.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts located in Texas.
